Shrimp fried rice, grilled pork neck, fresh oysters, ordered differently from Isan Rim Haad restaurants. Delicious Khao Lak, Phang Nga. Order food as you really want to eat. Whenever you feel like it, order oysters and grilled pork neck. The word Isan means the eastern region that is not near the sea in Thailand. It is a source of delicious food. The name of the restaurant is actually Isan by the beach, but there is also seafood for sale. You can really order anything.
While riding the motorbike back from Khao Lak to Phang Nga, it was raining heavily. Phang Nga is called the city of eight rains and four sunshine because it rains very often. It was February, not the rainy season. I saw a sign for an Isan Rim Haad on the side of the road. The restaurant was actually right on the beach. I rode down a little hill and arrived at the large and spacious restaurant with many seating areas to choose from. Since it was raining like this, I decided to sit inside.
Ordered shrimp fried rice, grilled pork neck, fresh oysters, and another bottle of water. That was enough for me. The shrimp fried rice was enough for 2 people. There were many foreign customers, but the price was only 80 baht. Khao Lak is not expensive. You can travel and save money. This restaurant also fried rice very deliciously.
Grilled pork neck with a little fat is delicious. The pork fat smells good when chewed. There is a slight smell of soy sauce and Isan jaew sauce. Its good.
Fresh oysters also come with roasted chili. The sauce is not seafood, it is more like chili and vineger. There is no acacia, instead, sawtooth coriander is served. Most importantly, they give you chopsticks to pick up the fresh oysters.
Travel and eat. Its raining heavily and I dont know how to ride back to my accommodation. Eat delicious food. When the rain stops, then go back. Traveling life doesnt have to be rushed. You can even sleep at 5 am.
