Faris Chicken Biryani, authentic local Muslim food with crispy fried chicken and spicy sauce. It may not be like eating chicken biryani in a food court in a shopping mall because it is sold locally in the same way that people in Phang Nga eat.
Just arrived in Phang Nga and I was hungry. The first meal of the trip was Muslim food. I tried fragrant turmeric rice with fried onion and crispy fried chicken with a little salty taste. It went well together. The sauce for fried chicken was like chili and Vinegar. Most importantly, the sauce was very spicy. It was really spicy. The soup was bland and oily.
