Nai Ran Boat Noodles (Giant Meatballs) The shop is further away than other shops in the Ayutthaya Hospital area. I stopped by in the evening as a customer before they closed the shop. This shop has giant meatballs as its unique feature. There are large meatballs in front of the shop as a point of interest.
Seafood basil tray, bringing the whole beach in one tray. Shells, squid, shrimp are the regular lineup on the tray. Stir-fried perfectly and mellow, along with hot steamed rice, and the most delicious thing is the mussels that are brushed and bouncy with the spicy basil flavor. Fragrant with the smell of the sea and basil leaves.
Beef clear soup has good meatballs. I didn't order giant meatballs, but beef clear soup lovers have to give it a thumbs up. The soup has a medium flavor, focusing on seasoning yourself, not seasoning it heavily like Ayutthaya boat noodles. The beef meatballs are firm and the fresh beef is fun to chew.
This roadside shop feels simple, comfortable to sit in, and the service is friendly. Worth the price and quality. Anyone looking for a restaurant that has a complete set of flavors and quantity must come and try it once!
