After walking through splashing water until we were soaked and starting to get hungry, our goal wasn't a fancy restaurant. It turned out that the taste was really beyond expectations.
The highlight of this Hainanese chicken rice restaurant is the ginger aroma of the juicy rice. The soup has a normal, not salty, just right taste. The fermented soybean dipping sauce is sour, salty, and spicy. The restaurant sells many other things, but I only took one box back.
