This legendary and famous Kuay Jab shop is located on Chan Road, Soi 51. Just enter the soi, and you'll find it easily. It's not far from the entrance, on the right-hand side. A simple tip: whichever Kuay Jab shop has customers all day long, that's Jae Noi's shop!
Even at 2 PM, the shop is bustling with customers. The pork offal is generously prepared and complete. Order a bowl of Kuay Jab with everything! You might have to wait a bit due to the long queue, as Jae Noi is busy blanching the noodles non-stop. A simple shop in a shophouse like this is guaranteed to be delicious.
Pork skin, tofu, and offal are all exceptionally good, combined in a bowl of clear soup Kuay Jab. The broth offers a fragrant, subtly peppery taste that's mild and not overpowering. Add a little sugar and chili, and you'll finish the whole bowl without even realizing it! They also sell Gaolao (soup with ingredients, no noodles) and plain rice. If you're passing by Chan Road, just turn in. The shop is easy to find. Try it once, and you'll be hooked, because Jae Noi's shop is the real deal!
