Wat Nakhon Nuang Khet
Wat Nakhon Nuang Khet, or what the locals call Wat Ton Tan, is located along the Nakhon Nuang Khet canal, which has a long history dating back to the reign of King Rama V. Its highlight is the "glazed terracotta tile Ubosot (ordination hall)" which is decorated with elaborate and exquisite patterns and has unique colors unlike other temples. The temple reflects the simple and valuable way of life of the community along the Saen Saep Canal. The atmosphere is peaceful, shaded by large trees, ideal for tourists who want to experience the beauty of Thai art and relax amidst the nature along the waterfront.
