This time, I ordered Leng Ei Loeng, a plate of plain noodles, and 145 baht boneless chicken wings. I didn't order drinks because I brought my own.
For Leng Ei Loeng, just smelling it makes my mouth water. When it arrives at the table, I try sipping the water. The soup tastes like pork bone fat, slightly sour, spicy, and the taste is perfect. The pork bones are easy to chew. Just eat the meat, no need for bones. The local restaurant lets you gnaw on the bones. Yum, yum. The soup has large onions leading the way, followed by spring onions and coriander. Delicious to sip.
The yellow noodles are served separately with fried garlic, a bit greasy in Chinese style.
Boneless chicken wings, crispy on the outside, soft chicken meat inside, slightly sweet, not too much, the fried batter is not hard and crispy, delicious as always.
After the meal, I walked to see the Chalerm Thani cinema. The renovation is almost finished, spotlights have been installed, but it is still surrounded by a zinc fence. You can only see the roof. When the renovation is finished, it will probably be able to show movies, or turning Chalerm Thani into a cinematheque would be very cool.
