Khayyai Seafood Restaurant, Delicious Krabi, located on Maharaj Road, easily accessible by GPS, near The Pineapple Hotel. Guaranteed easy to find, you won't get lost. With trendy seafood, a famous restaurant in Krabi. I ordered 2 menus: Crab Gravy Tofu and Chicken Soup with Turmeric. Both menus are delicious.
The first menu, Crab Gravy Tofu, fried egg tofu topped with thick sauce mixed with lots of crab meat, delicious, served with shiitake mushrooms. Delicious with the taste of seasonings and a seafood flavor.
For Chicken Soup with Turmeric, I have to admit that I ordered this menu in a daze because I was riding a motorcycle (rental) all day. And it was almost 8-9 pm before I had dinner. The name already says "Chicken Soup with Turmeric". When the staff brought it, I tried the soup and wondered why it was bland, not spicy, not sour. I almost asked for chili and lime to add, then I realized that this is not Tom Yum Chicken, so it won't be fiercely spicy and sour like Tom Yum. I ordered it myself, Chicken Soup with Turmeric tastes like this.
They boil it blandly because it is a chicken soup menu, but it seems to have a Tom Yum smell, but it's not spicy because there is no chili at all. The chicken meat is yellow with turmeric, a little chewy and delicious because it is a young chicken, not an old hen.
For the first night in Krabi, these 2 menus made me full and sleep well, with the energy to travel to the sea the next day.
