In fact, the guarantee mark given by foreigners does not necessarily suit the taste of Thai people in every restaurant because foreigners and Thai people have different tastes. Foreigners eat only bland food, but only Thai people can guarantee the taste of Thai food. Since I don't believe in the taste of foreigners, I have to taste it myself.
The first dish is kale with crispy pork, stir-fried in a dry style, without any sauce. The crispy pork is very crispy and really delicious. When you chew it for a long time, it tastes very good. The secret to the legendary crispy pork of the Chinese is not difficult. The recipe says to grill it until the inside is cooked and then fry it in boiling oil. This will make the pork fragrant and delicious. The outside will be crispy until you can chew it lightly and it will break apart. But many crispy pork restaurants these days don't grill it first (because it takes time to grill and they don't use a charcoal stove, they only use a gas stove), so it's not as delicious.
