Tasting fresh milk matcha at Rong Lao Cafe No. 35, a chic cafe on the Lopburi-Tha Wung route, a delicious Lopburi restaurant that I stumbled upon. I had my eye on it since the outbound trip, when I rented a motorcycle from Num Guesthouse to visit Wat Lai, Wat Khangkhao, Tha Wung District. I had to stop by before entering the city, and I actually did stop by, even though I had already driven past the restaurant.
The front of the shop has a cool, fountain-like atmosphere. Many people stop by to buy takeout. Locals in this area call it Pho Kao Ton. Not far from the shop is Wat Pho Kao Ton.
Walking to the bathroom behind the shop, I found a camping-style zone. The atmosphere is shady with lots of trees. It's a place where you can chill until evening, but I had to hurry back to the city.
