Delicious Lamphun, Kanom Jeen Mor Din, the first meal in the morning in Lamphun Province. Ordered 3 menus near Lamphun Chatuchak. Sat and ate at this restaurant for quite a while. Food Panda drivers were coming in and out. Lamphun people really like to order to eat. In fact, they sell no more than 10 dishes. If you know Chatuchak, you'll know it, but people from afar mainly follow GPS.
Khao Soi with Pork Balls, served looking delicious. The Khao Soi soup is very spicy and flavorful. The spices are very intense. Add pickled mustard greens and shallots. You can pick and add as much as you want. Very delicious.
Mango Salad with Dried Fish. The dried fish is crispy fish. The taste is not spicy, but sweet and sour. The mango strips are soaked in the dressing. There are leaves under the bowl, but I don't know what kind of leaves they are.
Fried Chicken Tendons, to eat with Khao Soi instead of pork rinds. The fried batter is mixed with sesame seeds, so it tastes fragrant and delicious. Crispy on the outside, chewy and soft on the inside. Freshly fried, fun to chew on.
Travel to Lamphun, pay respect to Chao Mae Chammathewi, pay respect to Phra Rod Luang Mahawan, travel by tram in front of Wat Phra That Hariphunchai. Stop by and taste delicious food all over the city. Traveling in Thailand is really good. Happy to taste delicious Lamphun food.
