@Khua Lek is another delicious restaurant in Chiang Mai that everyone should try, especially the crab tomalley, Larb Mueang Ping, good taste, including other menus. The restaurant is located next to the Ping River, not far from Khua Lek (Iron Bridge across the Ping River), so you can clearly see the view of Chiang Mai's Iron Bridge.
Pork basil fried rice. The restaurant cooks rice very well. It's so delicious that sookjai holiday can't cook it by themselves. The basil stir-fry is quite dry, like a stir-fried dish, but it's delicious.
Crab tomalley, I've never had it before. I saw it on the menu and it looked interesting, so I tried ordering it. It's seasoned crab tomalley, oily, salty, fine, crumbly texture, very delicious with rice. It feels like eating soft salted egg, but with a crab smell mixed in.
Larb Mueang Ping, I understand that the Larb Mueang is made into a thick sheet, not too thin, and then grilled to add aroma and deliciousness. Served with tomatoes, garlic, and chili peppers. The taste is a little spicy. Chew it first to get the flavor in your mouth.
Order another glass of Thai tea to quench the spiciness of Larb Mueang Ping. Travel to Chiang Mai in the Thai way, pay respect to sacred things, play Songkran in the city moat, and rest fully in the many hotels. If you can't find other delicious restaurants or can't choose a restaurant that you like, come and choose from our sookjai holiday website.
