Hoy Tod Chao Lay, this restaurant is really famous. It has been on many TV channels and programs. Sookjai Weekend doesn't miss the chance to taste the delicious fried oyster in Chiang Mai. It is located at the entrance of Chiang Mai Land Village (don't go to Ladda Land, that's scary). As soon as you come out, turn left and you will see it. Hoy Tod Chao Lay restaurant has a huge sign (secretly telling you that the owner is beautiful).
The restaurant is clean and well-organized. I ordered Lod Chong Taeng Thai to eat before the main course. I was hungry. Before going out for a drink in Chiang Mai, I needed to eat something. It's not too sweet, but it smells cool and delicious.
Very delicious fried seafood, with oysters, squid, and shrimp. The batter is both crispy and soft. Fried on top of bean sprouts. Sprinkled with beautiful coriander. If you visit Chiang Mai Province, don't forget to stop by Hoy Tod Chao Lay. I guarantee you will love it.
