Rad Naa Yod Pak San Chao Por Suea opened a branch at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center and became a delicious restaurant in Khlong Toei (because the convention center is in the Khlong Toei district).
sookjai spent a free day during the holiday visiting a high-tech Chinese trade show (that's what the event name and advertising said). But when I went to see the actual event, it turned out to be a trade show for medium-sized OEM factories around Shenzhen. There was no high technology at all, haha.
Arrived at the convention center a bit early, so I went downstairs to find something to eat and stumbled upon Rad Naa Yod Pak San Chao Por Suea. I tried Rad Naa Mee Khao Krop from San Chao Por Suea, which is quite unique because it uses crispy white noodles instead of rice noodles. It's served with the crispy white noodles and the Rad Naa sauce separately. There are so many white noodles that I almost couldn't finish them. The Rad Naa sauce is really well-rounded. The marinated pork is fragrant and delicious, with a slightly sweet taste.
If you're visiting an event or attending a conference at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, don't forget to go down to the food court on the lower level. There are many delicious things there. Rad Naa Yod Pak San Chao Por Suea is one of them.
