The owner asked if I wanted papaya in it or just Vietnamese sausage. So I told her to put some papaya in it for me. The papaya salad sauce is equally sweet and sour, with a little spiciness as ordered (my tongue is not strong, I can't eat spicy food). The papaya is crispy and crunchy, the Vietnamese sausage is chewy and not too peppery.
Laab Nuea is a laab with a lot of water, very flooded. Equally sour and salty, not sweet. The minced meat soaked in laab juice stimulates the taste buds. Chewy, delicious, and very fragrant.
