Riding back from a long trip, feeling hungry and tired, I passed by Joke Go Bird. I couldn't just pass by; I had to refuel before going out for a night out (Phang Nga has about 2 bars for light drinks).

I found this shop in the evening, riding back from Samet Nangshe Viewpoint. The price is reasonable, with plenty of ingredients, and the taste is great. I asked the seller what time they open, and they said they open in the morning and are available for both breakfast and dinner. The shop is decorated in Chinese style with red lanterns. Importantly, it is a congee restaurant cooked over charcoal.
