You might be surprised that big department stores have secret rooms these days. Don't be surprised. The restaurant is normally open in the department store that Bangkok teenagers like to walk around in. But to be clear, the Yentafo restaurant at Sookjai Holiday, where you can taste his Tom Yum noodles, is the same restaurant as Secret Chamber. But because they mainly sell European food and also have cocktails to order, but later they probably wanted to sell noodles as well, so they added a menu to sell in the same restaurant.
The restaurant is located near Maidreamin, the largest maid cafe chain in Japan, where the female staff wear maid outfits and serve food throughout the restaurant.

The restaurant is designed with the atmosphere of a secret room like a Dracula horror movie or a Frankenstein movie. It has a gothic style with flickering candlelight. The light is low, so the photos may not be very good. You have to see it at the restaurant.
