Sai Oua, the smell hits your nose for this dish. Spicy with herbs, grilled not dry, the Sai Oua meat is a little juicy.
Nam Prik Ong, I rarely get to eat it. For this restaurant, it's served quite spicy, not sweet, a little oily, with a mellow taste and just a little sourness. Delicious as always.
